The real estate market in Lagos is often complex, opaque, and difficult to navigate. Prospective buyers and sellers face challenges such as a lack of reliable information, a fragmented market with countless unverified listings, and a general lack of trust in agents and online platforms. This results in frustration, wasted time, and a high risk of scams for individuals seeking to buy or sell property.

Discovery & Research:
User Interviews/Surveys: Conducted research with potential users (first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, property owners) to understand their biggest pain points.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzed existing real estate platforms in Nigeria and abroad to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and market gaps.
Key Insights: Discovered that transparency, verified listings, and local, trustworthy advice were the most critical factors for users.
Ideation & Strategy:
User Personas: Developed personas for key user types (e.g., "The First-Time Buyer," "The Savvy Investor") to guide design decisions.
User Flows: Mapped out the ideal user journey for key tasks, such as searching for a property, contacting a seller, or reading a blog post.
Core Feature Prioritization: Based on research, prioritized key features that directly address user pain points, such as verified listings, agent profiles, and a blog with helpful tips.
Design & Prototyping:
Information Architecture: Structured the website to be intuitive and easy to navigate, with clear categories for buying, selling, and tips.
Wireframing: Created low-fidelity wireframes to quickly lay out the structure of key pages (e.g., homepage, property listing page, blog).
